A popular and scenic destination that leads you to highest spot at above 3,210 m on top Poon Hill facing stunning sunrise over chain of mountains from Dhaulagiri-Annapurna-Manaslu with majestic Machhapuchare the Fish-Tail peaks. This will be a short circuit walk around southern green hills of Annapurna Himalaya, where walk leads into lovely forest of rhododendron and visiting traditional villages of Gurung and Poon / Magar the hill tribes of Western Himalaya.
This trek to Ghorepani and Poon Hill starts and ends at scenic Pokhara city by its scenic Phewa Lake.
Annapurna Base Camp for a week trek:
This trek to Annapurna base camp can be done in winter months as well to reach within scenic sanctuary and at Annapurna base camp located 4,130 m high, the only base camp in whole Himalaya where you can find facility of nice and cozy lodge to stay with rooms facing tremendous views of mountains.
Starts from low warm area to cooler mid hill and towards arctic zone of ice and glaciers atAnnapurna Sanctuary and base camp, this will be a safe trek in winter without any passes to cross except high hills.
But if snow heavily, there are other alternative route to change your direction of treks to safer and beautiful areas.
Panchase Hill of few days to a week trekking:
Great scenic walks takes you atop 2,510 m high facing glorious panorama of Annapurna andDhaulagiri mountains with Manaslu range, a moderate grade walks with much ups and down-hill to encounter walking into serene woodland with ever-present views of Annapurna.
Panchase Hill trek on off the beaten trail, where few trekkers seldom venture this beautiful area where you can walk for few days from Pokhara to Pokhara, or taking longer enjoying trekking to other areas of Annapurna Hills.
Everest Base Camp Trek:

Most suitable and short trek for winter months, although colder in some places but it will be safe with altitude and cold wind of the winter, where walk leads you from Lukla to Namche Bazaar and towards scenic Thyangboche Monastery surrounded by array of peaks facing Everest and majestic Amadablam.
A lovely walk if you have time in winter with Christmas holidays to enjoy in Nepal Himalaya within Everest.
Classic Everest Trekking:
An original old route to Everest and high Khumbu region, where drive leads to Jiri town or further to start the walks for over two week duration, can trek even in winter months as this walk takes around mid-hills and valley of Solu areas, and then heading north to more colder areas of Khumbu unto Everest Base Camp.
Truly a great classic way to enjoy walks to Everest Base Camp with flight back from Lukla or drive from Solu areas, only walking days are longer but the views and culture are impressive.
A nice and beautiful walks leads you to high areas of Langtang Himal at Langtang valley in Kyanjin surrounded by high giant peaks, a moderate walk leads you to a week duration with both ways drive to and from Kathmandu, explore Tamang village heritage of ancient custom and culture along with views. An ideal destination for winter months trekking leads you at above 3,780 m high for few days and back into warmer areas.
