Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Day 02: Drive / Fly to Pokhara 920m (220 k.m - 06 hrs rides (30 mins by air).

Day 03: Drive to Nayapul and walk up to Ulleri village 1,680 m - 06 hrs.

Day 04: Trek to Ghorepani 2,854 m - 04 hrs.

Day 05: Hike to Poon Hill 3,210 m and trek to Tadapani 2,680 m - 05 hrs.

Day 06: Trek to Landruk village 1,520 m via Ghandruk 1,930 m- 06 hrs.

Day 07: Walk to Phedi via Dhampus village 1,540 -04 hrs and hour drive to Pokhara.

Day 08: Drive or fly back to Kathmandu and individual activities in evening.

The morning starts with a drive on a tourist coach or smaller private vehicle (depending on group size) for an overland journey. This drive takes you away from Kathmandu valley towards the scenic Pokhara Valley. After you arrive at Pokhara, you'll be transferred to a nice hotel by the serene Phewa Lake. The sunset views of the Annapurna and Macchapucchre mountains are amazing from here. (You can also fly 30 minutes to reach Pokhara today).

Starting with a few hour drive from scenic Pokhara you will head to the starting point of the trek at Nayapul and Bhirethati. It is a charming village located by the Modi River. The walk begins with a slow climb past farm villages and overlooking several cascading waterfalls. As the trek continues on a slow winding trail to reach Tirkhedhunga, some more beautiful waterfalls will welcome you here. After a short rest, our route leads to a climb on nice paved stone steps to reach the lovely Ulleri Village. It is a large typical hill village, inhabited mostly by Gurung and Magar ethnic groups. The houses here are built with thatched and slated roofs with views of Machhapuchare Himal, Annapurna South and Huinchuli peaks in the background.

The second day of the walk takes you to our main highlight of the trek. A shorter gradual uphill walk today in a winding trail will take you to Ghorepani. The trail is mostly through enchanting alpine woodland lined with rhododendron and pine trees. After a nice pleasant we will be here at Ghorepani. It acts as the base camp of Poon Hill. Rest for the day with a marvellous sunset view to take in at Ghorepani.

Skipping the morning breakfast, we start our early hike for an hour on top scenic Poon Hill situated at 3,210 m. This natural viewpoint is also the highest point of the trek. From Poon Hill catch striking sunrise views of panoramic mountains which includes Dhaulagiri, Machhapucchre, Tukuche, Nilgiri, Annapurna Fang (Vara Shikar), and the Annapurna peaks. The view extends to include Mt. Manaslu, Lamjung, and Ganesh Peaks in clear weather. Head back to Ghorepani for breakfast and you will carry on trekking to pass Bhanthati and reach Tadapani for the day.

Another nice and scenic morning with views of Annapurna Himalayan peaks from Tadapani to wake you up today. From here, a long descend takes you to Ghandruk village. Take a lunch stop here in this large and beautiful Gurung village. You have some time to explore and also visit its small native museum located here. From Ghandruk continue on the downhill steps to reach the Modi River gorge. You'll then climb for another hour Landruk village on the other side. Rest for the day in Landruk.

From Landruk village, a morning walk on a scenic trail will take you past Tolka and Bheda Kharka farm villages. Within an hour of walking from here, you will begin to reach the high spot at Deurali. You will be offered a grand view of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Huinchuli, and Mt. Machhapuchare once again from here. From Deurali continue downhill through the forested area to reach Potana village. Now you will complete the last section of the trail to reach Dhampus. Spend a short time here with the views and continue further 30 minutes to Phedi. A short drive will return you to Pokhara.

You can either drive or fly to Kathmandu today. In your spare time, you can enjoy more activities and shop for souvenirs in the evening.
