After checking into rooms and getting refreshed joining at meeting place for Annapurna Base Camp treks briefing with hotels, lodge on route with do and don’ts includes welcome dinner.

Today in Kathmandu preparation for the great trek, with last day to buy and hire gears required for the treks, for interested people can join in our half day tour around Kathmandu at places of great interest within world heritage sites. Afternoon free at leisure preparation for Annapurna Base Camp trekking where exciting drive takes you to Nepal Mid-West Himalaya area.

The morning starts with a drive on tourist coach or smaller vehicle as group size for an overland journey that takes you away from Kathmandu valley, heading into low warmer areas with views of snowcapped mountains. As drive continues on busy main highway past farm villages and town then heading Nepal Mid-West to reach at scenic Pokhara city. At Pokhara transfer to nice hotels by the serene lake Phewa with views of Annapurna and Manaslu mountain range with towering peaks of Machhapuchare ‘Fish Tail’.

After a wonderful overnight stop at Pokhara with grand views of Annapurna Himal and Machhapuchare peaks 'Fish Tail', completing breakfast then taking a drive beyond Pokhara valley to start our first days trek. Drive leads along with grand views of Annapurna past farm villages and towns and then by bank of Modi River to reach at Bhirethati a charming village around Annapurna region. From here your first day walks begins with flat & easy walk to Syauli Bazaar following Modi River and then climb on nice stone paved steps to reach Kimche vilage and again gentle uphill to Ghandruk Village. This Village offers and beautiful view of Annapurna south, hiunchuli and fishtail. You can visit in this Gurung village, Gurung local museum, ACAP head quarter, local people and and their culture.

Today morning walk leads to short day of few hours with uphill to reach Kyomrong and Chomro and walk down do river and again walk uphill to Gurjung village, and then gradual up brings you at Chomrong village for overnight stop, Chomrong the last permanent Gurung village and gateway to Annapurna Sanctuary and Base Camp trekking.

From Chomrong morning leads to a short downhill over terraced farm fields to reach at Chomrong river, after crossing over a bridge with uphill to Sinuwa-Danda, a small place with few lodges offers grand views of surrounding rolling green hills, from here walk continues into dense forest till Bamboo is reached, a place with many good lodge located by the Modi River in the middle of bamboo, rhododendron and oaks forest. From here an hour walk on the gradual up trail to Himalaya Hotel via Dovan overnight stop, situated in the middle of forest Modi River gorge.

After a pleasant overnight stop in Himalaya hotel, where morning walks leads higher up as vegetation and tree lines drops for high altitude alpine bushes and shrubs, our route leads to follow raging Modi river upstream right up to its source at base camp. Walk gets better on some sections of the route with last steep climb to reach at Machhapuchare Base Camp and With pleasant views of Annapurna range of peaks, leads to a short walk to reach our main destination at Annapurna base camp. As walk advance towards Annapurna Base Camp, with breathtaking views of Annapurna peaks that surround you within the sanctuary with giant wall of Mt. Annapurna I. After a good scenic walk reaching at Annapurna Base Camp a magnificent spot with few large lodges, offers incredible views of giant snowcapped peaks that encircles this scenic spot at base camp. Annapurna area was first explored by the British Adventure Col. James O.M. 'Jimmy' Roberts in the year 1956 and exposed to the world as the 'Sanctuary of Gods'. The Sanctuary has been christened as "Annapurna Sanctuary" ever since.

After a great and enjoyable time at Annapurna Base Camp and within beautiful sanctuary, morning leads on long downhill walk to lower areas, as our route descend to Deurali past Machhapuchare Base Camp, then with few short ups and down following a gradual winding trail back into green forested area to Bamboo for the overnight stay. A nice and pleasant spot a temporary settlement with lodges to cater the needs of the trekkers located by the Modi River in a gorge within green bamboo and rhododendron forest.

From Bamboo a short steep climb up to Khuldi Ghar, then on winding downhill path into dense forest to Sinuwa-Danda, and then our walk descends to Chomrong khola. After crossing the bridge an uphill walk for less than an hour to reach at Chomrong village for short rest or lunch stop, after Chomrong a short up for half hour reaching at the top of Chomrong ridge, from here our route descends to Jhinu-Danda for overnight stay, this place offers refreshing hot springs just 20 minutes’ walk downhill near Modi river.

Today is your last day of the ABC trek. After your breakfast you will start walk down to new bridge about an hour and follow the Modi River for 2 more hours with Modi River view, meeting some local fishing in river. After arriving in Syauli bazaar take a ride to Pokhara. Now a days road been up to new bridge, in summer no transport there but in winter could be possible jeep drive to Pokhara.

Today you will take a scenic flight back to Kathmandu or take a tourist bus in the morning and arrive Kathmandu in afternoon and final shopping and relax in evening.

Today, last day in amazing Nepal with great experience and fond memories of excellent adventure on Annapurna Base Camp trekking, as per your time for international flight, View Nepal staff transfer you to airport for your final departure homeward bound or to your next destinations.
